aviv gefen - a national music icon - who also wrote a song for itzhak rabin after he was shot.. has now written a song for gilad shalit.. i heard it on the radio yesterday..
im not crazy about the song from a musical perspective but the meaning is nice.. and it echoes how important this kid is to the entire nation.. i cant imagine too many people not empathising with the lyrics..
by the way yesterday was shawna's bday.. mazal tov!
